The sender of emails
The emails Sttok sends on behalf of the company (notices of meeting, reminders, notifications) go out with the sender you set in Communications › "Sender": the address, the name people see and, if you like, a different address for replies. Before saving you can send yourself a test email.
Set up the sender#
- Open Communications › "Sender".
- Type the "Email". It is the part of the address that goes before
@sttok.com, for examplesecretaria. Up to 50 characters. - Type the "Name". It is what the recipient sees in their inbox, for example the company's name.
- Decide where replies go. In "Do you want to change the reply-to email?", "Yes" lets you enter another address, such as the secretary's, so that shareholders' replies reach them.
- Click "Send test email" and see how it arrives. If it looks right, click "Save changes".
What happens next#
- Emails sent from that moment on carry the new sender. Those already sent don't change.
- All sends are kept in Communications › "Sending history", with the figures for communications, those with errors and those that haven't been opened.
Frequently asked questions#

Where do I change the logo and colors of the emails?
