Turn company features on or off
In Settings › "Features" you decide which parts of Sttok each company uses: modules such as the incentive market or the election of directors, what a beneficiary sees in their profile, the classic shareholder view or the decimals of amounts. Each setting is a switch and applies only to that company.

The essentials. Two companies can see Sttok differently because they have different features turned on. If someone is missing a section, a tab or a figure that another company does have, this is the first place to look.
Where it is#
- Open Settings in the side menu and go to "Features".
- Find the setting in its block. They are grouped into five blocks, and each block says how many are turned on, for example "3 / 4 active".
- Click the switch. Each setting has its name, a sentence explaining what it does and a switch to turn it on or off.
It affects the whole company. A switch doesn't only change your screen: it changes what every user of that company sees, including shareholders and beneficiaries. Other companies are not affected.

Frequently asked questions#
A user can't see a section that I can see in another company. Why?
Most likely that company has the feature turned off. Check its switches in "Features". If it is turned on, check the user's access level in Settings › "Other Users".
If I turn something off, is data lost?
These settings decide what is shown and what can be used. Data that was already recorded is not deleted when you turn off a switch.
Can I show beneficiaries their units without showing them how much they are worth?
Yes. Turn off "Company value simulator", "Current vested value" and "Total incentive value". They will still see their plans and their schedule.

- Invite other people and give them a role You invite the people who will run the company with you from Settings, in the "Users" tab, with "Add users" and a "Full" or "Limited" access level. Shareholders, directors and beneficiaries are not invited as administrators: their role comes from the register itself.
- What Sttok is and how it is organized Sttok keeps a company's capital register and governance in one place: shareholders and the register of registered shares, operations, general meetings, the management body, signatures, documents and incentive plans. Each person enters with a role, and that role decides what they see and what they can do.
- What a liquidity window is A liquidity window, or buyback offer, is the period during which someone, often the company itself, buys part of the vested units of an incentive plan at a set price. In Sttok it is a purchase offer in "Incentive market", and in a company that is not listed it is the way to turn those units into money.
- See your position in the company Your shareholder profile in Sttok tells you how many shares you hold, what percentage of the company they represent, which class they are and what their numbering is. It also shows what you have invested and received, the operations you have taken part in, the dividends you have received and your documents, such as certificates.
